Last year when I purchased the 2200 psi Pressure Washer it worked perfectly. This year when I got it out to use it the first time it did not pump water at first, but started pumping water after about 10 minutes. Today I was trying to use it again but I could not get it to pump water, It would release water out the pressure releif valve as it did earlier this year, but I could not get it to work properly this time. I need a little help on this because I have no manual.
