0 Tough to diagnose without seeing first hand. The only advise I can give is remove the top and side covers to reveal and engine nearly identical to the one on your push mower. Check the plug and air filter. A 'wet' spark plug is an indication you may have flooded it or left the machine laying on its side too long. Otherwise, treat it like your lawnmower.
