Manual for Hyundai Santro Zip Plus Car...

1)Cowl of the car seems to be corroded. 2)Suspension and steering seems to be defective. 3)Fuel Metre seems to be defective. Kindly help solving the problems , estimated cost in INR and a complete manual to educate me for my above stated car.
