0 timer in rear of control box set too high, turn off some seconds Low pressure harvest cut in, (on side of control) turn clockwise with pressure guage on low side. set it to harvest at 40# suction with no seconds on timer in control box. use this for a baseline for thickness. More seconds- thicker. If it does not go into harvest timer is bad, turn off timer or replace it.
