The cm-3(cubed) universal service controller is stuck on the "bin full" indicator. There is no ice in machine, and the machine will not make ice. What would cause the mother board to get stuck in this part of the ice making cycle? Is the a selinoid or relay that would be sending an incorrect message to mother board, or is mother board shot?
