I have this IFB 20sc2 . while using convection over(for cake baking or pizza) should I place the baking tray on the glass tray already available in the oven. Or should I remove the glass tray and the glass holder and just place the baking tray?. While baking cake should the galss tray rotate for even cooking? Thanks
