Last December, I bought Model ICE101 BLACK, S/N A12100884600968. The first time it stopped working, I followed the manual for maintenance. I was successful. The 2nd time, just a month ago, I did what I could recall and it began working again. Then it stopped again this week and doing what I remembered did not work. I cannot locate my manual. However, I think it shouldn't have to be dealt with this often.
