Question About Igloo Water Dispenser MWC529
Parts required for MWC529...

Hi, I bought an Igloo water cooler two months ago, out of sudden, the security handle on the hot tap is broken and I could not find and know where to buy a replacement for it, please help. I live in Toronto. My e-mail address is north_star26@yahoo.com

5 If anyone is reading this please do not buy this cooler dispenser.MCW529.The hot water handle broke on mine as well and the company did not replace it but they were quick to bill our credit card.I have been emailing and calling them but with no results.This has been going on for more then a year.It will be going to the garbage.It turned out to be a piece of garbage with no customer help from the company.We put a pen under it to keep it working this long. Theresa

0 The top part of the hot water tap snapped off. It would seem that it is a common occurrence. I need to find a replacement for my Igloo MWC529. Can't find a parts list on your site. Thanks Bob

0 The hot water handle fell aprt in my hande. The unit is under a year old and I was really surprised that I can't seem to find any replacement part for it. This unit was not cheap and I expected it to last a lot longer then it did. and also I bought it for the hot water safety feature. Where can I find the part I need? Connie F.
