Question About Image Hot Tub IMHS63100
ring on filter and also head rests...

When replacing the ring on the filter. Where does it go?? allthe way up to the top? When I put it on the one pump acts like it wants to start,but it won't,it just kinda girgles. Also where can I buy head rests for this model?
