2 pages always jam when removing tray 1 and reinse...

2 pages always jam when removing tray 1 and reinsert. It prints well after the initial jam is cleared. I am using half sheets. It doesn't matter if I add paper or not to the tray. It happens on all 4 new printers that we purchased.
