Question About Inglis Home Appliances UO44001
Most times will not spin...

Most times wasger will not spin. Will spin if the lid switch is pressed down and I slightly give a twist on the shaft. The switch is okay. Filling, agitating and pumping okay. The washer is top load and has one belt. It is about 15 years old. (The belt is okay and tension okay.
