Question About Insignia Flat Panel Television NS-39D405NA14
blue screen, no pic...

tv went to channel that I don't receive as it has before and usually keeps going until it finds one I can watch. Didn't this time and is stuck in a blue screen that. The tv won't shut off with remote or tv buttons. When I plug it back in its at the same point as before. Cannot reprogram it or shut off or change channels. Help. Lynda
