Question About Insignia Flat Panel Television NS-15LCD
Repair...

NS-15LCD Monitor - TV will indicate power on when turned on, but will not indicate power off when Power on/off button or by remote control is pressed. Aswell, there is no picture, back light/ or sounded. If unit external 12 volt supply is unplugged, then plugged back in the power on/off will indicate the unit is turned off. Any Suggestions????
