Question About InSinkErator Garbage Disposal 333-66
cutters not connected with motor...

the motor works, but the cutters are not propelling. we have a special allen wrench tool that fits directly underneath the unit. I tried cranking the tool to perhaps tighten the cutters/rotor to the stem/motor, but it still does not work. any suggestions? shall I try again?
