I am trying to get information on a invacare lift battery charger model # j1ch-006. The charge indicater does not come on although the terminals read 25 volts. We are expieriencing a few dead batteries on our lifts, so i am trying to verify the chargers are working correctly or if the batteries are bad. I had a battery reading 14v. When I put it on three different wall chargers the charge indicator light never came on but when tested with multimeter the chargers terminals all read around 25 volts.
