Question About IRiver MP3 Player None
Computer does not recognise iRiver H320 is connected...

My computer doesn't recognise when I connect my IRiver H320. I have tried connecting it when it's on, when it's off, I've tried connecting it while it's off and then turning it on after I've plugged in the USB cable, and vica versa. Does anyone know how to get the computer to recognise the connection? Thanks
