on rinse heating element i am pulling 28.46amps,28.35amps,12.39amps,16.24amps on the 4 legs at the contactor &element. the dishwasher will run for a time then trips breaker. reset breaker & unit will run for a little while then trips breaker. we put in a new rinse element, clean the tank out. new contactor was also installed. same probem. now I am lost, help
