I cleaned my blade and replaced some guide bearings. When tensioning the blade as I had done before, the wheel is now touching (rubbing) the spindle that turns the screw that tightens the spring. How do I get the wheel coplanar with the lower wheel? I thought I'd tighten the blade as before and be off and running. Due to the rubbing that would occur, I'm stuck. Thanks,
