I have a JLWM1202 and it is not draining properly. I have tried a number of different cycles, draining and spinning several times but things come out dripping wet or the door doesn't open because there is still a lot of water inside. I bought it off the people who lived in my flat before and don't have the guarantee (if still valid). There is a note that you can check for fluff build up that may cause blockage. How do you do that please? If this doesn't work, how do I go about getting it fixed? Thanks!
