Question About Jonsered Chainsaw 2141

Starts fine on choke,revs on choke,choke in and still revs although has a slight flat spot (not unusual with this saw when cold).Then the problem, will not tick over.Fuel lines etc all clear.have checked all the obvious.Sneaky feeling that the carb has a blockage.Any tips greatly appreciated
