0 Its sounds like the Carb . Take it a part so you can get to the Carb Srews count the turns it takes to take them all the way in. then take them out . Spray carb cleaner(Gunk) in the outlets and a couple of sprays in the Carb . Let it set for a couple of days . Then put them back and count your turns . Also clean your air filter. It will take several trys to get it started again. Its not to hard but if you not good working with the small parts . Then take to the shop or sell it on ebay.Good Luck Dwayne
