Air vents are located on the ash bed of the stove and are subject to filling up with ash. When this happens the air control vent lever is no longer effective and the door has to be opened to get adequate airflow into the unit. Any suggestions on how to remove the ash from the vents and how to keep them free of ash. Thanks, Bill

0 I bought this wood stove at: Falco's Stove & Fireplace Spokane, Wa I really like the stove but not the Service or lack of service provided by Falco's. I've had the stove for about 3 years and this is the second time that I request information and assistance from the store, they will not even acknowledge or return telephone calls. I won't do business there again, I paid cash for the stove, and once they got the money, that was the end of any customer service.
