We have had a Castine Woodstove for the last 5 years. Loved it! I have cleaned out the chimney in spring and fall and never had any creosote problems. (Burn seasoned oak) Last spring, we had to clean out the baffle because it was full of ashes. (No draw--no fire would even start). The rest of the season it burned just fine. Yesterday, I cleaned out the chimney again-nice and clean, hardly any build-up.....We even took out the stove-pipe disconnecting it from the stove because I was worried that every time I clean the chimney the deposits fall down inside the stove and build up. Even vaccumed the inside of the stove where I could reach. It is not working----no heat---does not get hotter than 350F....fire does die. ----What is going on??????? also, isn't there a better way to clean out any deposit that end up inside the stove after cleaning out the chimney???? Thanks! Gabriele
