my 65in jvc buttone keeps flashing and the tv wont...

my 65in jvc buttone keeps flashing and the tv wont turn on. I've tried to replace the led lamp twice per bestbuy says that was the problem. It didn't work. I called the place I ordered the lamp and asked the techs and they told me to google complaints reference the tv.
