I cannot get sound from the rears or center speakers. The speakers seem to be fine; they work when hooked to my old stereo. However, when I hook them (as marked) to the theater system, I get no sound. I only get the two front and (some) subwolfer. Is there some sort of trick? I bought a display model and it worked fine in the store--though they may not have packed everything in the box.
