Question About JVC Turntable JVC Ql-F4
No power to turn table....

When spun by hand, the arm will move to the platter and music starts but turn table dies and stops. Is this an adjustment proplem or is there a power problem to the platter? I have an owners manual but no trouble shooting included. Help?
