Not working...

not working Door button does not operate chime anymore. Do these have batteries and how are they dismantled?

0 The Remote Unit cover can be carefully prised off. Place a screwdriver behind the rubber seal and gently twist the screwdriver. This unit uses a very small battery "A23". Similar shape as AA battery but very much smaller.
