How do I access the springs that suspend the drum from the frame. to attach springs. The basket is not suspended on one side (almost a 1 1/2" difference in clearance between the lid lip and the basket top from one side to the other) and during spin will walk across floor. suspect one of the suspension attachments became disconnected when the dryer was moved to the basement.
