How do you remove the top of the kenmore 700 series model 110-77741600 to access the drum belt?

0 If when pressing the start button, the drum does not turn over, unless you manually start it with your hand as well, could this just be a belt problem, or what other culprits should be considered. (Once the motor is running, the drum will continue to turn until a load is added. Then the motor continues to run, but the drum does not tun.
