I have a kenmore elite oasis electric dryer model #110.6703, has power but when start button is pushed dryer does not start, clicking noise is heard in the control panel.

0 I have a manual, I just need some idea as to why the dryer will not start . I have owned this dryer for a little over 3 years and have had nothing but problems with this dryer. peice of junk!!!!!!!!!!!!!
