Question About Kenmore Clothes Dryer 110.61066000
I want to clean the lint from the bottom section of the dryer...

I want to clean the lint from the bottom section of the dryer. I could open the top section, but not the bottom section. How can I open the bottom section? Can somebody help, please? Thank you.

0 My husband was able to do this. At the top of the bottom cover, there are two clips a few inches from the end (one on each end). He slipped a flathead screwdriver in to lower the spring/clip on each side, and then just removed the cover. Hope this helps. He said there was a ton of lint inside that he was able to remove, which should help with the overheating issue we've been having. Good luck!
