0 I retrieved the manual from our stack because our unit is not longer heating as of this morning so I am investigating. I had added more water to tank and subsequently the unit will not energize the heating coils. Possibly programming snafu but could be internal fuse as well. I have only owned since Oct 2008. FYI- I also found there is a recall on earlier serial numbers but not mine 100.8066670A.
