just brought home a Kenmore 14 gallon humidifier for my parents house. there is no manual. there is a weird tube inside. what is it for? are we supposed to attach it to someting? and also the water tanks don't have any lids for the tanks. just open holes at the bottom what looks like we should screw a lid on and an open hole in the bank of the tank. is this a faulty packaging job?
