I have a Kenwood professional iron - the one that sits on its reservoir of water - since I got it , I have trouble with getting steam - and today - the steam never came out and the teardrop light was on with a groaning sound the entire time. How in the world can I get steam , and consistent steam with this pricey iron that should work flawlessly??
