Need to find out what the display knobs all do - or more specifically the main one know which has a picture of around fan inside a square - also a larger fan just inside a square on the dial next to it going clockwise. My husband decided to recycle the manual and the cookers been in storage so cannot remember exact what does what - aargh! Thanks, Julie
