The coffee maker will leak water. It does not happen all of the time. It will ocassionally leak a considerable amount of water from underneath. Why does this happen?

0 I have the exact same problem. I can't figure out where the leak is coming from, and it is random. I'm going to try not adding water until the alert to add it comes on. That may help. Incidentally, I have 2 b60s and they BOTH leak!

0 Mine leaked for a bit, then the cups started to only fill half way, and the machine just recently died. Is there a way to troubleshoot this? I'm hoping I don't need to buy a whole new machine.

0 Just got off phone from the awesome customer service. I talked to them for about 25 minutes answered a few questions...be in front of your coffee maker when you call them as they will need serial number. I bought it over 6 months ago and told them I bought from JC Penny. They said they are replacing it, I just need to send the black K-Cup holder (where you put the coffee k-cups) back to them for proof of ownership. They are quite friendly.
