Question About KitchenAid Cooktop None
Kitchenaid Cooktop KECC568GBL...

Purchased the cooktop 3/15/99 from Durocher's in Monroe, MI. The ALL Off Control Lock button came on and will not go off. Both my husband and I have held it down as instructed - to no avail. Can we lift it out? Is there a switch under it?

0 We had to unplug the unit to get it to reset. You will find the plug below the cook top probably behind the drawers. Worst case scenario you go to the circuit breaker.
