My 1-1/2 yr. old KitchenAid built-in under the counter dishwasher model number W10502130A Control lock mysteriously came on and I can't unlock it. Consequently, I can't activate any of the features to operate the dishwasher at all. I have tried holding the button for three seconds that suggested on the panel, but to no avail. I tried pressing cancel/drain, then start/resume, and finally opening and closing the door all in an effort to unlock the control lack. Any suggestions?
