Ice maker not producing ice...

Our ice maker is progressively making less and less ice and at half the size of the normal cubes. The water tray is full of water and water is running over the top of the freezing tray. The cubes come out half as thick. And by the time the next batch is ready the cubes have melted in the catch basin
