Question About KitchenAid Ice Maker KUIS18NNJ
KitchenAid KUIS18NNJ84 Standalone Ice Maker...

Ice maker stopped making ice. Large slab on evaporator plate. Turned unit off to melt ice. Turned back on. Unit works great for about a week, then same result. Cleaned unit with cleaner and scrubbed evaporator plate per service manual, cleaned cutter grid. Turned unit on, makes ice again for about a week, and same result. Any ideas?
