The 'add water' light comes on and I can't make ice. The manual says to add a pinch of salt (I am using bought spring water from a water cooler) - I added salt three times and have the same problem. I also brushed the filter area but it does not make any difference. Is there a way to remove the filter to clean it and if so, how should I clean it? Thank you in advance.
