I have a parkside cordless drill pabs 18-li b2 (IAN66765) that I purchased on 04/12/11.it has developed a fault (it stops intermitantly when in the high speed position even when the battery is fully charged). what is the procedure to return it to you for repair under the 3 year warranty? (the battery is o.k.as it works fine in my other pabs 18-li B2).Please e mail me at stefdynows@outlook.com
