Need complete manual for phone.Having too many issues with being unable to do certain things that was able to on previous phone. Also, major issues with user name & password. NOTE: Phone was set up by a sales associate where iI purched it. Need manual so iI can try to figure out if my issues are due to myself and/or sales associate or if the issues are because of a problem withmy device.
