Question About Lawn-Boy Lawn Mower Lawn-Boy
s21zpr 4.0HP...

Mower lacks full power at high speed. Has a new plug installed, and fresh gas with ashley's oil mixture. Mower runs at the tone like its running out of gas but not that bad.
