CD-566 player will not spin up the CD and thus "disc" is displayed. Tried new batteries and external wall wart...all the same no disc spin up. I removed back and simulated a closed door and pushed play while monitoring the spin motor voltage and I get 0.34 volts and then 0 volts when "disc" is displayed. The laser emits red and momentariy moves up and down. What do you suppose is the problem?
