I bought Lexmark inc, both color and black and white. When I placed the cartridges in, closed lid and tried to print out an alignment page - it printed it out - terrible copy - and on the printer screen it said "Alignment Problem to fix (1) remove tape from cartridges, (2)check paper. The tape IS removed and I have plenty of paper. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
