Good Morning, I have problems printing with black toner. When I request to print some document the print quality is bad, the documment doesn´t appear clearly. I need to know what I must to do in order to sincronize the printers heads in order to fix the quality of black printing. The color documents don´t have any problem, the images and characters appers ok. Both tonners are new: Tha black and color tonner. Thanks a lot for your help.
