I just got a refurbished printer and am trying to set it up. It won't let me because the alignment page only prints with the color side and no black ink, even though I just put a brand new black ink cartridge in with no plastic seal on it whatsoever. I've tried many different things - unplugging for 10 seconds and replugging, reinstalling the driver software, trying to urge out some ink in case the cartridge is clogged, restarting, etc. Please help. Thanks.
