When I insert the disc into my computer to install the printer and click "install" when the appropriate window comes up, a window comes up thereafter with error message "Printer is not attached", and I have ensured that the printer is attached to my computer. On this window, there are a number of suggestions to correct the error, and I have followed all these suggestions but I can't proceed further with the installation. Please assist. Your help will be much appreciated.
