Question About Lexmark All in One Printer None
paper jam...

can't locate instructions on how to empty paper jam. I put a small envelope in to print return address and it jammed. please help. --Ted Hill

1 If you can see or grab any part of the envelope that's stuck, turn off the printer 1st before trying to get it and tug on it. Have you tried pressing the check-mark key and holding it down?
